​Terms and Conditions for Alba Bagpipes £1000 Giveaway

1. Eligibility:
   The competition is open to all couples who book their piper with Alba Bagpipes and pay a £30 deposit between 1st March 2025 and 28th February 2026.

2. How to Enter:
   To enter the competition, couples must:

   • Book any wedding package with Alba Bagpipes via booking form - https://www.cognitoforms.com/AlbaBagpipes/AlbaBagpipesWeddingBookingForm

   • Pay the required £30 non refundable deposit within the promotional period (1st March 2025 - 28th February 2026).

   • Comment both your name and your partner’s name on the designated Facebook or Instagram post promoting the competition.

   • Only likes on our designated posts on Instagram and Facebook will be eligible.

   • Like and share the competition post on either Facebook or Instagram.

   • Request that friends and family like your comment on the designated post.​

3. Raffle Ticket Allocation:

   • Each like on your comment on the competition designated post entitles you to one raffle ticket for the draw.

   • There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can earn. The more likes you receive on your comment, the more raffle tickets you will have in the draw.

4. Prize:
   The prize is a one-time payment of £1000. The winner will be selected at random.

5. Winner Selection:
   The winning couple will be chosen at random from all eligible tickets allocated during the competition period. The draw will take place live on Facebook at 6pm on March 1st 2026.

6. Notification:
   The winning couple will be contacted via the phone number provided during their booking process. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, another winner will be drawn.

7. Prize Claim:
   The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account within 24 hours of confirming the winner's details.

8. Booking Conditions:
   The booking must be for one of our wedding packages with Alba Bagpipes. Any cancelled bookings during the competition period will not qualify for the competition.

9. Publicity:
   By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name in any promotional materials related to the competition.

10. Limitation of Liability:
    Alba Bagpipes is not responsible for any issues that arise as a result of the competition, including but not limited to issues with the prize delivery.

11. General Terms:
    Alba Bagpipes reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

12. Data Protection:
    Personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

13. Legal:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland
